Residential Fabrication
SEANCO STEEL can and has provided numerous residential steel fabrication for interior as well as exterior applications. We can provide steel members to floor joist and headers to free up space in basements, attics or any other areas of your home where wood post need to be removed to give that studio feel. While our handrails shown are primarilly coated in black we can apply any color you wish to match your homes decor. From basic to ellaborate any handrail design can be achieved if you want that personalized look. After fabrication all steel will be sandblasted, coated with one shop coat primer and have a finish coat of your choosing to ensure longevity and durability. All handrail will be detailed and shown to you for your approval prior to fabrication.
